She is such a friendly and understanding soul. Even though she was my very first experience with therapy, I haven’t noticed anything that I dislike about her during my sessions. I would highly recommend her.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Danielle Yu is a wonderful therapist! She’s always there to help and extremely supportive.
Danielle is an empathetic listener who—as far as my experience has been—primary concern is to listen, understand, validate, and challenge my personal beliefs. In this way, I am able to understand the world is less black, less white, and lot more grey. And though we have spent only a few sessions together, I am able to notice the colours within that grey: whether it be a sage green or a cortland blue, it's nice to see colours again. I would recommend her almost any time. The times I wouldn't recommend her are the times we're available for our meetings, because I need those like daily meditation!
