This is my first therapy experience and i have only had a handful of sessions with Talina, but right off the bat she connected with me and it has been extremely freeing talking with her. I was initially hesitant especially being my first time and not once did i feel uncomfortable or awkward like i thought i would - complete opposite she makes the environment so friendly and safe. It’s incredibly easy talking with her. She has been through a lot and her advice and guidance comes from experience and that’s incredible to have someone in front of you that has went through stuff themselves and came out the other side. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone.
