Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

An incredible therapist who really connects with you on a 1-2-1 level. She listens, is proactive and insightful, knowledgeable and empathetic. I have come a long way in a short space of time because of her.
I have only had a few sessions with Saralea but I’ve found her extremely helpful. She is compassionate and holds a welcoming space where I feel comfortable to share person issues. There is a good balance between sharing and receiving feedback, something I haven’t found with previous therapists. She is fast to respond and offers further support outside of sessions through messages and recommendations for therapy tools. I like that the goal is to get to a stage where I won’t need more therapy, as this aim makes me reflect on what has came out during sessions and how I can find ways to cope on my own.
Saralea is exactly what I was looking for. She is patient and supportive. Her experience helps Mr work through my problems. I'm incredibly pleased with her as a therapist.
