For the past 10 years, I have grown and developed alongside my clientele, caregivers, guardians and educators whom I have met and worked with along the way; providing my services as a counsellor, psychotherapist and acting psychologist to various stakeholders. In more recent years, my focus has shifted primarily to aiding individuals in regaining control of their lives after traumatic events, substance use, diagnosis and illness in order to enhance their life satisfaction, purpose and will.

With my academic background, I take more of a psychodynamic and holistic approach to my life. I am a firm believer that growth is ultimately the seeking of one’s self. This drives my passion in both my work and personal life.

As recuperation is important for a healthy and balanced life, I recuperate by spending time with my family (inclusive of my dogs), making music, playing soccer for the local club, reading and diving into psychological philosophies.

It is this growth, of ultimate seeking of the self, that drives my passion for the work that I do and has seen clients from all ages and backgrounds benefit from these sessions. My previous studies include psychotherapy, psychology, applied kinesiology and hypnotherapy, the therapeutic journey involves the focus of the mind/body connection and the influence of our subtle thoughts and narrative that we might not be aware of or ignore as part of everyday life. As well as how these therapies have a biological consequence for the person.

The therapeutic approaches I use include regression therapy, parts therapy, meditation and mindfulness, psycho-dynamic therapy, emotional stress relief, eye desensitisation, metaphor therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, behaviour change techniques, dialectic therapy and motivational interviewing.

Based on the client's needs, certain therapies will be explored during the sessions to find the right modality that will work for you.
