Hello, I’m Ray and I am a qualified Integrative Therapist. I am trained in Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT therapies.
I am guessing you want something to change. Something doesn't feel right. Perhaps you feel lost or maybe you have never really found yourself? Maybe you are tired of carrying around issues from your past, or simply need a space to be heard. Whether you want to bring "little stuff" or "big stuff" to counselling, it is valid because it is your stuff and it is unique to you.
As an Integrative Counsellor my practice is always client led, I will work alongside you to support you, giving you space to explore and making sense of whatever issues, challenges or difficult feelings you are experiencing in a non judgmental space.
My pronouns are she/her, whether your pronouns are he/him/she/her/they or them the important thing is that we place YOU at the centre of the work we would do together. I welcome Neurodiverse clients and offer a safe space for those within the LGBTQ+ community.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
