*Note: I will be on leave from 25th of December until the 1st of January.

I am an accredited Australian Social Worker with 16 years of professional work experience. I am also a postpartum doula & women's circle facilitator. I also volunteer with the Pink Elephants miscarriage support network.

Personally, I am a mother of 3 primary school aged children, have been on a difficult IVF and pregnancy loss journey, I have neurodivergent children & in the past two years have been through marriage separation and co-parenting my children.

I have experience with a diverse range of clients. In recent years however my focus is on supporting women, mothers & parents as they navigate all of life's transitions. This includes fertility & loss, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, parenting, neurodiversity, work/life balance and much more.

We're a great fit if you are navigating one or some of the above seasons and are looking for someone who's focus is on these areas. Also if you are someone who is ready and open to making change & discovering your true authentic self.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I also give my clients practical strategies they can use easily in their everyday life. Talk therapy is great, but I find most people, especially busy parents need some practical support, tips and strategies. Change takes action and taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.

I am here to support you in that process.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
