I am a Christian therapist. I am licensed in Florida with years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with spiritual issues, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, & anger management. I also have experience working with depression. I have experience providing Christian therapy to those in the ministry, as well as clients outside of ministry (couples, individuals, teens). I also work full time as a Lead Therapist in substance use. I also facilitate groups in various substance use sites, and I facilitate (volunteer) a free counseling group for my church - from 2020 to present. In addition to this experience, I was also a clinician in outpatient services for elementary aged students, middle-school students, and high school students (also worked as a counselor in a middle school for two years).
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I would like everyone to know while I am an effective clinician, I am new to the Better help platform. I can support you via email and messaging, however, I am most effective face-to-face. Despite this, I will provide support through messaging, and you can give me the feedback I need to develop my skills to provide effective support in this manner. Thank you!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
