As a psychotherapist trained in the pluralistic approach, I use a variety of therapeutic methods to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should be flexible, as what works for one person may not work for another. With a trauma-informed approach, I create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I specialise in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and also offer couples counselling, supporting clients through a range of challenges with a personalised approach.

My passion for mental health started early, volunteering on a crisis helpline where I supported individuals through suicide and self-harm crises. This deepened my commitment to helping others. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in investment banking, where I co-chaired a mental health and diversity group. I organised monthly “tea and talks,” mental health events, and participated in panel discussions, all aimed at raising awareness and promoting well-being in a high-pressure environment.

As a qualified therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with individuals in domestic abuse centres, as well as supporting clients struggling with anxiety, stress, low mood, and trauma. I’ve also had the opportunity to talk about mental health within the Polish community, aiming to reduce stigma and raise awareness about mental health challenges.

My journey into therapy was deeply personal. Like many, I’ve faced my own struggles, and after receiving incredible support from therapy, I felt called to give back and help others who might be feeling lost or overwhelmed. My own healing journey made me passionate about supporting people in their own, unique paths to recovery and growth.

In addition to traditional therapy, I offer a special Yoga-CBT program, which blends the powerful tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with gentle yoga practices. This approach provides a holistic way to manage anxiety and stress, helping to calm both the mind and body. If you’re looking for a way to address both your mental and physical well-being, my Yoga-CBT program could be a great fit for you.

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, I’d be honored to walk with you on your path to healing and growth.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
