As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Psychology, I draw from a strong foundation in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Acceptance Commitment therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
